My name is Miro Tabanelli, I am 15 years old, I am a resident of Emilia Romagna but for most of the year I live in Trentino where I attend the artistic high school at the “Ski College” in Pozza di Fassa.
My passion for snow and skiing started when I was very young, following my parents who manage a refuge at 1800 meters on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, taking my first steps on skis at 1 year, and from that moment without stopping never.
From this year (2020), I became a professional skier, member of the Italian national team of young freestyle and sloopestyle skiers.
My first memory on skis is linked to my first double-pointed skis, the freedom I felt in descending on large slopes of fresh snow, the jumps that I built on the slopes as a child.
My favorite parks are Snowpark Seiser Alm and Mottolino Snowpark Livigno.
I can’t help but ski, hang out with friends and listen to music.
My “ride or die” is Henrik Harlaut.
If I had a super power, it would be to dominate the force of gravity!
When I’m not skiing I train by running, cycling and doing artistic gymnastics.
I like to ski with Cober Big Air freestyle poles, because they are comfortable and not bulky.
